Delete your account in OppCue

You can permanently delete your OppCue account directly from the app.

Open OppCue, go to Settings, select Delete account, and follow the confirmation steps.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access OppCue, you can request account deletion by emailing hello@distradinguk.co.uk from the email address associated with your OppCue account.

Please state that you would like your OppCue account deleted. We may need to verify that you are the account holder before completing the request.

What is deleted

Deleting your OppCue account removes your OppCue account and associated application data, including your profile information, customer records, service and repeat-work information, follow-up and booking information, and OppCue job-result records associated with your account.

Subscriptions are managed separately

Deleting your OppCue account does not automatically cancel an active OppCue Pro subscription purchased through an app store.

If you have an active subscription and do not want it to renew, you must also cancel it through the subscription settings of the app store through which you purchased OppCue Pro.

Delete individual customer data

You can delete individual customer records without deleting your OppCue account. Open the customer record in OppCue and use the delete option to permanently remove that customer record and its associated OppCue data.

If you cannot access the app and would like to request deletion of specific data while keeping your account, email hello@distradinguk.co.uk from the email address associated with your OppCue account and tell us which data you would like deleted. We may need to verify that you are the account holder.

Information we may retain

We may retain limited information where required for legal, accounting, security or regulatory purposes. Any information retained for these purposes will be kept only for as long as reasonably necessary.
