Terms of Use
Last updated: 5 October 2026
About these terms
These Terms of Use apply when you access or use OppCue, including the OppCue mobile application and related services.
OppCue is provided by DIS TRADING LIMITED (“DIS Trading”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company registered in England and Wales.
By creating an OppCue account or using OppCue, you agree to these terms.
What OppCue does
OppCue is a repeat-work management tool designed to help businesses keep track of existing customers, expected repeat-work opportunities, customer contact, follow-ups and bookings.
OppCue provides organisational tools and reminders. It does not guarantee that a customer will respond, book work, make a payment or otherwise engage with you.
Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping access to your account secure.
You must not use another person's account without permission or allow OppCue to be used for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
Your customer information
You retain responsibility for the customer information you add to or import into OppCue and for your use of that information.
You must ensure that you have an appropriate lawful basis to store and use customer personal information and to contact customers through phone, SMS, WhatsApp or any other communication method.
You must not use OppCue to send unlawful communications, spam, harassment or other communications that breach applicable law or the rights of another person.
OppCue Free
OppCue may provide a free level of service that includes up to 10 customer activations.
Features, allowances and availability of the free service may change over time. We will not remove customer data merely because you reach the Free customer allowance.
OppCue Pro
OppCue Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks additional functionality, including unlimited customers and unlimited customer imports.
OppCue may offer monthly and annual subscription options. The applicable price, billing period and any other purchase information will be shown to you before you confirm a subscription.
Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation
Where you purchase OppCue Pro through an app store, payment is charged to the account associated with that store.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the relevant app-store subscription settings. You can manage or cancel your subscription using the subscription-management facilities provided by the store through which you purchased it.
Deleting the OppCue app or deleting your OppCue account does not itself cancel an active app-store subscription. If you no longer want your subscription to renew, you must also cancel it through the relevant app store.
Any refund requests are subject to the policies and processes of the store through which the subscription was purchased.
Changes to pricing or subscriptions
We may change subscription pricing, plans or included features from time to time. Where required, changes will be communicated or presented through the relevant app store and will take effect in accordance with the store's rules and applicable law.
Availability and changes to OppCue
We aim to keep OppCue reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
We may update, improve, replace or discontinue features where reasonably necessary to maintain, secure or develop the service.
Notifications and reminders
OppCue may provide reminders or notifications relating to customer opportunities and follow-ups. These are provided as organisational aids and should not be relied upon as the sole record of an important business obligation or deadline.
Third-party services
OppCue may interact with third-party services or applications, including app stores, phone, messaging and WhatsApp services. Those services are operated independently and may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Intellectual property
OppCue, its software, branding, design and original content are owned by or licensed to DIS Trading. These terms do not transfer ownership of OppCue or its intellectual property to you.
You may use OppCue for its intended business purposes while you have lawful access to the service. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell or commercially exploit OppCue except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Closing or deleting your account
You may permanently delete your OppCue account from within the app. Information about account deletion is available on our Account Deletion page.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect OppCue, other users or third parties, or where these terms or applicable law have been materially breached.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
OppCue is a business organisation and reminder tool. You remain responsible for your business decisions, customer relationships, communications, records and compliance obligations.
To the extent permitted by law, DIS Trading is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of OppCue, including loss of anticipated business, revenue or opportunity.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms where necessary to reflect changes to OppCue, our business, applicable law or the services we use. The latest version will be made available on oppcue.app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
